What should I do if I didn’t get the reminder with the link?
Contact me if you didn’t get the link so I can send it to you via email.

What can I do to improve the quality of the connection?
Use wired ethernet instead of Wifi whenever possible.
Test your connection speed by searching “internet speed test” on Google. Click the blue button that says, “Run speed test.” If it is under 10 mbps and you are using Wifi, try using a wired internet connection or restart your router.
Close other programs. If you have several programs running in the background, closing them will almost certainly improve your connection.

What should I do if our session gets disconnected?
Close and restart Zoom. Enter the unique link to rejoin the session. If you are still unable to connect, I will call you to resume.
