Sometimes when we feel broken, it’s the heart’s way of calling us back toward ourselves.

In our feelings of brokenness, we can also experience a greater sense of transparency and vulnerability, growing self-awareness, and a more deliberate approach toward self-care.

Our wholeness isn’t compromised by our feeling inadequate, ashamed, lost, sad, or scared. We’re simply being invited to put our pieces back together a different way.
