Affirm 14

Keep showing up just the way you are, so you can be loved just the way you are.

This affirmation comes from a dear friend, Sue. This series is designed to honor her unwavering courage, grace, and light.

What would it be like to let yourself be seen, just the way you are: To bask in your beauty and flaws, your delicate transparency, your laughter and tears, your resilience, your grit, and your unspoken struggles?

What would it be like to let yourself be loved, just the way you are: To love unconditionally and seek this love in return; to take down the walls that are built to keep others at a distance and replace them with boundaries that acknowledge your needs; to trust that you were made to be witnessed in a way that is free of striving, injury, self-doubt, and second-guessing?
